Alright.. Today will be my last day of wrist slitting.. I've found another way to curb my bad habits and control my emotions properly..

Hmm... Well,i've tried shouting out my problems and it works.. I tried today at school.. At the soccer field.. I shouted with all my breath.. AHHHHH!!!!
And i kinda felt better.. Another way was to sing my emotions out.. if i feel sad,i will sing a sad song to turn it around.. If im angry,i will shout my lungs out.Hahas..
Okays,so mid year exam is like around the corner and im so not prepared.. Sigh.. I've gotta work harder man! Hope everyone can support me as this support will be my pillar of strength.. If it fall's,i might fall..
Okay Andy! I'm gonna take that bet! But how to prove to you that I didnt cut on the following days?? :S
